• 25% of people abandon a web page that takes longer than 4 seconds to load.
• 50% of mobile users abandon a web pages that takes longer than 10 seconds to load. (3 out of 5 never return.)
• 40% of mobile shoppers will abandon an e-commerce site that doesn't load in 3 seconds.
• 1 in 5 people surveyed confess to being rude to someone who served them "too slowly."
