Introducing the BFG LUXE Pumpkin Collection

Posted by Bfgcom on October 29, 2012

It's time for the Second Annual BFG Communications Pumpkin Carving Contest. This year's theme is luxury and the resulting collection is ripe with creativity. That's why we're proud to introduce The BFG LUXE Pumpkin Collection, the nation’s preeminent ensemble of pumpkins which capture the eyes, heart and soul.

"We asked our artists to create pumpkins worthy of the highest Sotheby’s ratings, plus trademark status among prominent collectors, museums and curators around the globe," says Scott Seymour, VP and Chief Creative Officer at BFG Communications. "We told them to imagine that LUXE will be on display at signature Cartier, Bentley and Armani showrooms."

Worldly-renowned for capturing complex emotions in inspiring details, 51 BFG master artisans have elevated farmhouse pumpkins to once unimaginable notoriety. The BFG LUXE Pumpkin Collection: Born from nature. Inspired by Luxury.

Happy Hallowmeme

Posted by Hal Thomas on October 31, 2011

Although this video of Filipino inmates dancing to MJ's "Thriller" is far from new, it is so ghoulishly good it deserves another look. Besides, it's Monday morning; it's not like you'd rather be checking email.

Pumpkins with Personality!

Posted by Brian Brunskill on October 28, 2011

Earlier this month, BFG employees were provided small pumpkins and challenged to give them personality. The only provision was “please do not carve". Who likes a rotten pumpkin anyway?

What were once dull orange gourds returned to the agency weeks later more colorful than one could only imagine. From popular movie characters to favorite sports teams, each pumpkin exemplifies the personality of the BFG employee who brought it to life. Check out a few of my favorite pumpkins below and click here to see the gallery of the rest.
