I saw the commercial for he My Bud Light bottle the other day and I knew I had to write a post about it. The notion of a scratch pad on a bottle being called "the latest innovation in social networking" cracked me up.
It is definitely a fun enhancement for packaging but I wouldn't bill it as social networking. There are plenty of cool applications out there that they could have used to make the bottle actually social or interactive, digitally speaking.
Is this a genius play on words, or a #fail? The world may never know.
